Learned APP submits that applicant has been detained under Maharashtra Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Slumlords, Bootleggers, Drug Offenders and Dangerous Persons Act (MPDA), 1981. Under this Act, question to release the applicant on bail or interim bail does not arise. The remedy is by way of writ petition and the writ petition has already been fled.
