Dube, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the Petroleum Ministry has issued instructions thereby directing to consider the claim of such of those candidates who were successful at the draw and not to re-open such cases. It is further instructed to pursue further process in respect of selected candidates and not to hold draw of lots. 2.

In view of the revised directions received by applicant, the grievance raised in the application stands redressed. Civil application as such stands disposed of.
