DATED : JULY 21, 2025 PER COURT :- 1.

By order dated 24.04.2025, this Court had directed petitioners to furnish an undertaking that he shall deposit 50% of the amount as per recovery certificate along with interest within a period of three weeks from the date of order and subject to filing of such undertaking, interim relief was granted.

Clause No.(5) of the order further makes it clear that failure to deposit the amount shall entail vacation of interim relief. It is apparent that the petitioners are not adhering to their own undertaking given to this Court. Apparently, petitioners are using pendency of this petition to stall recovery in terms of recovery certificate.

In that view of matter, writ petitions stand dismissed.
