Civil Application No. 82 of 2015 by learned District Court-4, Nanded. In said Misc. Civil Application, the order dated 05.10.2015 passed below Exh. 37 in Special Civil Suit No. 37 of 2015 by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Nanded, has been challenged.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the Writ Petition No. 4652 of 2016 is arising out of the order dated 15.02.2016 passed in Misc. Civil Application No. 49 of 2015 by learned District Court-4, Nanded. In said Misc. Civil Application, the order dated 03.07.2015 passed below Exh. 7 in Special Civil Suit No. 37 of 2015 by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Nanded, has been

Learned Advocate for the petitioner informs that now, the suit i.e. Special Civil Suit No. 37 of 2015 itself has been disposed of. Hence, nothing survives in both these writ petitions. 4.
