Present Civil Application is filed for modification of the order dated 28.10.2014 passed by this Court in Writ Petition Nos.7639 of 2014 and 7653 of 2014.

Mr.Dhakne, learned Counsel for the applicant submits that this application is filed pursuant to the observations made by this Court vide order dated 06.01.2017 passed in Contempt Petition No.3 of 2017.

The order dated 28.10.2014 passed by this Court in Writ Petition Nos.7639 of 2014 and 7653 of 2014 was limited to the extent of directing respondent therein, to decide the proposal of the petitioners therein in respect of grant of trained Primary Teacher's pay scale in View of the Government Resolution dated 11.11.2011.

In case the applicants are aggrieved by the subsequent order, the applicants are at liberty to assail the same. Present Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
