Order :-

1. Mr. Devakate, learned counsel for petitioner submits that against order dated 02-04-2016 the petitioner has filed an appeal before respondent No. 1, on 13-04-2016. Even said appeal is not yet registered and also stay application is not being heard. 2.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, states that appeal would be decided as per instruction received, which is taken on record.

Considering the above, respondent No. 1 shall decide the appeal filed by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months. Respondent No. 1 shall also consider the stay petition filed by the petitioner on its own merits and pass the orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks

2 WP-4640.16 from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before respondent No. 1, on 12-05-2016. 4.

With aforesaid direction, writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
