Present Civil Application is filed for modification of the order dated 15.09.2014 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.8039 of 2014. 2.

Mr.Dhakne, learned Counsel for the applicant submits that this application is filed pursuant to the observations made by this Court vide order dated 06.01.2017 passed in Contempt Petition No.5 of 2017.

The order dated 15.09.2014 passed in Writ Petition No.8039 of 2014 was limited to the extent of directing respondent no.4 therein, to decide the proposal of the petitioner therein in respect of payment of the trained Assistant Teacher's pay scale with covering letter dated 04.08.2014.

In case the applicant is aggrieved by the subsequent order, the applicant is at liberty to assail the same. Present Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
