PER COURT :- Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners applied for issuance of tribe certificate to the Sub Divisional Officer(S.D.O.) in the year 2019. The same is not yet decided. The father of the petitioners is issued with the validity certificate.

Considering the fact that the application for issuance of tribe certificate is pending with respondent S.D.O., we direct the respondent S.D.O. to take decision upon said application within three weeks.
