Perused the application. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the recent addresses of respondent Nos. 4, 5 and 6 are not available. Hence they cannot be served with the notice of this Court by usual mode of service.

Having regard to the report of bailiff and in view of the statement made on oath that the recent address of these respondents are not available. Hence, Civil Application No. 5624/2024 stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 5th August, 2024.
