The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner has submitted a proposal for opening an Ashram School and the same is pending with the respondent/authority since the year 2015. 4.

In case the proposal (Exhibit 'E'

collectively) submitted by the petitioner seeking

2 22-WP-5910-17.odt permission to open Ashram School, is pending, the respondent/authority shall decide the same on merits and in accordance with the provisions of law and considering the policy existing, expeditiously and preferably, within a period of six months from the date of this order.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
