The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the notices issued to non-applicant Nos. 6 and 8 of Civil Application Nos.13678/2023 and 13679/2023 in Second Appeal St. No.34664 of 2023 could not be served for want of correct address and the applicant knows the last given address of respondent Nos. 6 and 8, hence prays for permission to serve respondent Nos. 6 and 8 by publication of notice in daily newspaper 'Punya-Nagari', Nanded edition. 2.

In view of the above, the applicant is permitted to serve Respondent Nos. 6 and 8 by substituted service by publication of notice in daily newspaper 'Punya-Nagari', Nanded edition, returnable on 27.06.2024.

The applicant to bear the required charges and shall produce copy of the newspaper in which the notice has been published. 4.
