While issuing notice on 26/06/2019, this Court had ordered as under :- "1.
Keeping the point of alternate remedy open, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 21.08.2019. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent No.1." 2.
The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the statutory remedy would be to appear before the SLAO. He, however, prays that the compensation should be quantified as per the ready reckoner .

We do not intend to monitor the determination of the compensation of amount. The Competent Authority would consider the law applicable and the facts and the circumstances of each case and decide the quantum of compensation. 4.
The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that his first representation is dated 03/10/2018. Measurement was carried out thereafter. However, things have not moved any further. He prays for a direction to respondent No.2 to complete the proceedings within a time frame.

The learned Advocate representing respondent No.2 submits that the said proceedings would be concluded within three months.

As such, this petition is disposed off.
7.
We expect respondent No.3 to conclude the proceedings, on or before 30/06/2022.
