1] It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Awsarmol for respondent Nos. 5 and 6 that now, the petitioner is elected as a member of the Gram Panchayat. Petitioner makes grievance for removal of encroachment. Petitioner being a member of the Gram Panchayat can take steps as now he also is a member of the Gram Panchayat. 2] In the light of the above, petitioner may take appropriate steps with the Gram Panchayat for the purported action.
