Learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted before this Court that the petition is filed on a grievance of non-compliance of the order of this Court, whereby the direction was issued to decide the

629.19cp (2) appeal under Section 140 of the Maharashtra Public University Act, 2016 submitted by the petitioner to the office of Honourable Chancellor. He further submitted that, post filing of the petition and during the pendency of the petition, it is informed that the Honourable Chancellor has decided the said appeal and the order is passed on 1st September, 2019. He placed on record a communication dated 3rd September, 2019 along with copy of the order dated 1st September, 2019, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 3.

In view of above, as the order of this Court is duly complied with, nothing survives in the petition and as such, present petition is disposed of accordingly.
