According to the learned counsel for petitioner, the validation proceeding is pending since 2008. It is not yet decided and the honorarium of the petitioner is also withheld. The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the proposal was received in the year 2015. In the year 2020, vigilance has been conducted. A copy of the vigilance report is served upon the petitioner on 10th August, 2020, but the petitioner has not filed say to the vigilance report as yet.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 14th September, 2021 and shall file say to the vigilance report on the said day.

Depending upon the judgment delivered by the Committee, the parties may take further steps.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
