Heard learned Counsel for the applicant - wife. The respondent - husband, though served with notice but remained absent.

The applicant - wife is seeking transfer of Marriage Petition A. No. 1875 of 2022 pending in Family Court, Pune to the Court of C.J.S.D., Hingoli, which is filed by respondent - husband for getting divorce.

According to the applicant - wife, she is not having any independent source of income and at present she is maintaining minor daughter without any financial support Pooja K.

979-MCA-118-2023 from the respondent - husband. Further the distance between Hingoli and Pune is around 450 Kilometers and therefore, it is difficult for her to attends the dates at Pune. There is no oppose to the application and therefore considering the convenience of applicant, following order is passed : -

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed.

(ii) Marriage Petition A. No. 1875 of 2022 pending in Family Court, Pune is transferred to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Hingoli for disposal according to law.

(iii) The respondent is directed to appear before the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Hingoli on or before 25th July, 2023.
