The contention of the Petitioner is that, though the Award has been passed, it is restricted only to a certain portion of the land and that portion of the land, which is submerged, has not been acquired. It is prayed that the said land be acquired. 2.

The learned Advocate representing Respondent No.5 submits that, a Panchnama has been carried out on 10/10/2011. A representation has been tendered by the Petitioners on 15/02/2020. The same can be considered and an appropriate order could be passed within three months.

3161.21wp (2) In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect Respondent No.5 to consider the representation of the Petitioners as per the policies applicable, and arrive at a decision with reasons, within 90 days from today.
