Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the letter dated 3rd February, 2017 by which approval to the appointment of the petitioner has been granted, this petition may be disposed of by directing the respondents to take further steps in terms of the said order in regard to payment of salary of the petitioner.

Having regard to the aforesaid, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondents to release the petitioner's salary in terms of the order dated 3rd February, 2017.
