Heard both the sides. Perused the affidavit-in-reply filed by the respondent. The petitioners were claiming compensation in respect of bollworm attack. The emphatic statement is made in the affidavit-in-reply that all the petitioners have been paid their dues. A statement of the bank along with the statements of the account of all the petitioners are annexed with the affidavit-in-reply which prima facie show that the petitioners have been paid the compensation.

It is also made clear in the affidavit-in-reply that even the other farmers are being paid the compensation.

Nothing survives in this petition and it is disposed of in view of the affidavit-in-reply.

Pending civil application is disposed of.
