The first petition has been admitted by the order dated 10.09.2009. The second petition is yet to be admitted. The learned Advocates appearing for the Petitioners and Respondent No.1 have placed on record the compromise on behalf of the

Both the learned Advocates submit that the said litigants are present in the Court. It is, therefore, submitted that on the basis of the said compromise, both these petitions can be disposed of. The compromise terms dated 28.08.2015 are taken on record and marked as Exhibit X for identification.

Considering the statements made by the learned Advocates in the light of Exhibit X, both these petitions are disposed of in terms of the compromise. Rule is accordingly, discharged in the first petition. (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
