During speaking to minutes, the learned counsel for petitioner submitted that on 23.4.2018 he had come to this Court subsequently and he had submitted that he wants to point out some legal point which needs to be considered, other than the point mentioned by this Court in the order. In view of the submission, this Court had expressed that the matter can be disposed of for non prosecution. But, due to oversight, stenographer has not typed that portion in the order. So, at the end of the order, it should be mentioned that the matter should be treated as disposed of for non prosecution. 3.

Motion is disposed of accordingly.
