The applicant was served through Court before 16.03.2023, but nobody appeared. Hence, the Court again issued notice to the applicant by order dated 13.06.2023. The said notice was also served. But, the applicant did not appear. It seems that the applicant has lost the interest and has no regard to the Court summons, which were issued to protect the interest of the local Government. Two times the notices were served. It is sufficient to proceed with the matter ahead. 2.

Hence, Civil Revision Application stands dismissed for default.
