The petitioner had earlier filed Writ Petition No. 4558 of 2021 on the basis of same cause of action. This Court under order dated 12.03.2021 has dismissed the writ petition on the basis of submissions of the learned counsel for the respondent University that the University has not provided relaxation of marks for the physically disabled candidates.

The petitioner is relying upon the UGC regulations to substantiate his contention that the relaxation is provided even for a differently abled candidates and the petitioner is a differently abled candidate.

As for the same cause of action is concerned, the writ petition is already dismissed. The present writ petition would not be tenable. 4.

The learned counsel submits that he would file a review petition of the judgment and order dated 12.03.2021 of this Court passed in earlier Writ Petition No. 4558 of 2021.

In the light of the above, writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 6.

The petitioner, if he so chooses may file review as may be permissible under law.
