We have heard learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Ingole, learned Advocate for respondent No.2.

Apprehension of the petitioner is that property of the petitioner would be taken in possession by the respondent without acquisition. 3.

Mr. Ingole, the learned advocate for respondent No.2 submits that respondent No.2 would resort to the due procedure of law before acquiring the property of the petitioner.

As respondent No.2 has candidly accepted that properties of the petitioner would not be taken in possession without following due process of law, no further orders are necessary.

5.

Writ petitions disposed of. No costs.
