On 29.04.2024, after noticing that the Petitioner has levelled allegations of corruption against several officers and by this Writ Petition, the Petitioner desires that action be initiated against various Revenue Authorities, that we had called upon the Petitioner as to whether he would desire to convert this Writ Petition into a Public Interest Litigation and deposit Rs.2,00,000/- to show his bona-fides.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner places on record a signed communication dated 10.06.2024 received by him

(( 2 )) 901-wp-4433-2023 from the Petitioner stating therein that the Petitioner does not desire to pursue this Petition. The said communication with the original signature of the Petitioner is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

In view of the above, this Petition is dismissed as withdrawn on instructions.
