Learned counsel for the insurance company has objection to permit withdrawal of the amount.

The appellant - insurance company appears to have good case in the appeal. It is an injury claim. The applicant is a villager. In the fitness of things, he is permitted to withdraw 40% of the amount deposited in this Court on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar 1 / 2
