Mr.Panpatte learned counsel submits that the petitioner was in service only up to the year 2004. He further submits that the school is only from 1st to 4th standard. As to the report of the Block Development Officer relied by the petitioner, the petitioner was teaching the 3rd standard and the report also nowhere suggests that the school at the relevant time was not having 1st to 7 standard.
( 2 ) wp5863.16 4.
In view of the report of Block Development Officer about the teachers from 1st to 4th standard only and as there is nothing on record to show that the school had 5th to 7th standard attached to 1st to 4th standard, the Government Resolution dated 11.11.2011 may not apply.
