By this Application, filed within limitation, the applicants-original petitioners pray that the writ petition be restored as they are willing to remove the office objections. 2.

The petition was dismissed since office objections were not removed for three years.

The learned Advocate for the non applicants opposes the request.

Considering the above and in the interest of justice and kindness, this civil application is allowed with the following directions :- (a) All office objections in the writ petition shall be removed on or before 6th May, 2022.

(b) If the above direction is complied with, the order dated 29-04-2022 stands recalled and the writ petition shall stand restored to the original stage at which it was dismissed.

( c ) Subject to the compliance of the above, the petition be listed on 7th June, 2022.
