1] The petitioner is seeking appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher / Para Teacher in accordance with the guidelines contained in the Government resolution dated 1.3.2014. Since this is a limited relief claimed by the petitioner, the petition can be disposed of by directing th petitioner to make a representation to respondents for considering her for

WP 4834/16 - 2 - appointment as Assistant Teacher / Para Teacher. 2] Accordingly, we direct the petitioner to make such a representation and if such a representation is filed, the respondents shall consider the said representation on merits and in accordance with law and as per the policy dated 1.3.2014, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of filing of such a representation.
