This is an application for condonation of delay in filing Criminal Revision Application against judgment and order passed in RCC No.184 of 2010. The applicant is sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three years and to pay fine of Rs.1000/-, in default, to undergo rigorous imprisonment for one months. The applicant preferred appeal against the judgment and order vide Criminal Appeal No. 11 of 2011. Said appeal was decided and sentence imposed on the applicant was confirmed. The applicant's financial position was not sound and he was unable to bear expenses of filing revision application. He sought help from Taluka Legal Services Committee. Therefore, there is delay in filing application for condonation of delay.

Considering the sentence, the applicant must get chance to agitate his right. Therefore, the delay is required to be condoned. Hence, delay is condoned. Application is allowed. The Criminal Revision Application be registered.
