PER COURT :- The petitioners are praying for issuance of directions to the respondents for expeditious decision on the application tendered by him on 1.1.2016, claiming rental compensation. Considering the facts of the case, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to take decision on the application tendered by the petitioner on 1.1.2016, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 8 months from today. In the event of determination of amount of rental compensation payable to the petitioners, respondent No.4 shall disburse the amount, in accordance with such determination, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months.
