PER COURT :- Affidavit is filed by respondent Nos.1 and 2. Paragraph No.9 of the affidavit reads thus:- "9 I say and submit that, it is therefore requested to grant further period of 3 months for preparing complete file for delay condonation proposal and for forwarding the same to the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad through the Collector, Aurangabad. "

Since, it is stated that within three weeks the proposal will be submitted to the Divisional Commissioner for consideration of delay through the Collector, no further orders are necessary.
