Mr.Dawalkar, learned counsel submits that the petitioner is entitled for compassionate appointment on account of death of step mother in the year 1973 who was in employment with respondent no.2 2] The learned Addl.Govt.Pleader accepts notice for respondent no.1.

3] We cannot fathom the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner is claiming compassionate appointment in place of step mother who died in the year 1973. The object of compassionate appointment would be frustrated if such matter is considered and entertained.

4] In light of that, we find no error in the impugned order. Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
