Mr. Kale, learned AGP for respondents submits that the application for rental compensation is filed after 14 years; on the ground of delay, the relief itself is negated.

The aspect of delay may be considered by the authority where the application of petitioner is pending. The authority shall decide the Application for rental compensation (Page-28) in accordance with the law and policy, after considering all aspects of the matter and after hearing all the petitioners, as early as possible, preferably within a period of nine (09) months from today.

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
