Since the petitioners were seeking inclusion of their names in the online portal for disbursement of salary (Shalarth Pranali) this Court had directed the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Beed, to take into consideration all the aspects and take appropriate steps for including the petitioners' names in the system. The decision was directed to be taken before 15 March 2023.

It is now being informed on behalf of Education Officer (Secondary) that he has forwarded the requisite proposal to the Deputy Director of Education on 12 January 2024.

The Contempt Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Director of Education, Aurangabad, to take appropriate decision on the proposal received by his office on 15 January 2024 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks from today.
