DATE : 30th July, 2020 ORDER:

1.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner appeared for NEET PG-2020 examination. The petitioner is selected for the PG Radio Therapy Course seat. Time to time, admission process was postponed. The petitioner was allotted Government Medical College & Hospital, Aurangabad in a Mop-up round. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the schedule was re-fixed by respondent No.3. By the time, the petitioner verified the Website of respondent No.3. The counselling round was over. The petitioner filed representation in the office of respondent No. 4, requesting to consider her in counselling round, but the request of the petitioner is rejected 2.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is ready to take admission for any other seat that may be available. 3.

Mr. Karlekar, learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that the petitioner is allotted P.G. Radio Therapy Seat. The petitioner did not

report for the counselling round. The seat was thereafter allotted to one Amardeep Kamble. The schedule now cannot be changed. 4.

We have considered the submissions.

5.

It appears that the petitioner was allotted P.G. Radio Therapy seat at Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad. The petitioners accepts that the petitioner missed the date of joining. The said seat is now allotted to another candidate. It would not be possible to displace the candidate to whom the seat is already allotted. 6.

In light of above, we cannot come to the aid of the petitioner. It is for the authorities to consider, whether under any of the Rules, the petitioner can be accommodated and given seat. 7.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
