Heard Mr. S. S. Thombre, learned counsel for the applicant-Agriculture Produce Market Committee and Mrs. Pooja Langhe, learned counsel for the respondents.

Having considered the respective submissions at the bar, the amount of costs is reduced to Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand). The reply shall be taken on record subject to deposit of costs.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem for fixing the petition for final disposal at the stage of admission after summer vacation.

The parties may seek appropriate direction from the court to list the petition for final disposal subject to convenience of the Court.

Application stands disposed off in the aforesaid terms. 7.

Interim relief, if any, shall continue to operate till the next date.
