In the circumstances, writ petition is not being considered on merits and without prejudice to the claims of the parties, writ petition is disposed of. Appellate court to proceed with the pending appeal expeditiously and dispose of the same preferably within a period of two months from date of receipt of writ or certified copy of this order.
