Mr. Kadethankar, learned advocate for the State Election Commission, submits that elections to Wadwani Nagar Panchayat could not be conducted earlier because of the pandemic and that steps have been initiated very recently to conduct the elections. 3.

In such view of the matter, we do not find any reason to keep this writ petition pending. The same is disposed of with direction to the State Election Commission to conduct and
