Having heard the learned Counsel for the applicant for some time, Condition No. (iii) incorporated in para 6 of the order dated 29th July 2015, in Criminal Application No. 3724 of 2015, is modified, as under :-

(2) Cri. Appln. No. 2316 of 2016 (iii) The applicant shall attend Karjat Police Station once in a month i.e. on any day in the first week of each English calendar month, between 03.00 p.m. to 05.00 p.m., till culmination of the trial.
