The learned counsel for the applicant, who is respondent No.1 in Writ Petition No.12300 of 2023, is seeking permission to bring on record the legal heirs of respondent No.1- David Shamual Ganthur, who admittedly died on 16/10/2023, in the aforesaid petition. The learned AGP submits that the petitioner in the aforesaid petition ought to have brought on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1.

2 914 ca 5334-25 In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B and disposed of.

Necessary amendment be carried out within stipulated period. B) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.5335 OF 2025 :

The application is for early hearing of the main petition. The learned AGP has not raised any objection. As such, the application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
