PER COURT :- The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed appeal before the Scrutiny Committee against the order of the Sub Divisional Officer, rejecting the application for issuance of caste certificate. Same is pending since March, 2020.

We have heard learned AGP.

In case the appeals filed by the petitioners before the scrutiny committee are pending, then the scrutiny committee shall decide the said appeals expeditiously and preferably within three months.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
