We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioner had given representations on 28.04.2011 and 06.05.2011 to the respondent authority. The respondent authority, initially took cognizance of the same and directed the President and Secretary of the respondent Credit Society to give explanation or else further action will be taken. Thereafter no further action is taken by the authorities. According to the learned counsel large scale irregularities were noticed, still no action is taken. As such, it would be appropriate to direct the authorities to appoint Administrate upon respondent No.5 Society.

We have heard learned AGP also.

The matter is filed in the year 2011, prior to six years. The Body now must have changed. New body must have come in power.

Considering the above, the prayer made in the year 2011, at present, would not be possible to be considered. However, if the petitioner finds fresh irregularities, the petitioner may take appropriate proceedings in that regard.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
