Present petition can be disposed off in view of the prayer clause 'A', which seeks directions against the Respondent Scrutiny Committee to decide the Tribe claim of the petitioner within stipulated period.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent and submit that the matter before the Committee is for vigilance report and the Committee prays that two months time be given to decide the Tribe claim.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that result of the NEET examination would be declared around 14.6.2024 and the petitioner is in need of the said certificate for taking admission on the basis of her result in Examination of NEET. 4.

We are aware of the fact that many matters are pending before the Committee; so also almost daily directions are given

wp 4455.24.odt on the request of the students, who appeared for NEET Examination as their proposal be considered.

Under the said circumstance, taking into consideration pendency before the Respondent-Committee and also urgency with the petitioner, Respondent is directed to decide the Tribe claim of the petitioner, as early as possible, and within a period of Two (2) months from today.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off.
