We have heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties.

We can only record the sorry state of affairs of the Information Officer of the Ahmednagar Municipal Corporation. The matter was heard by the authority on 04-12-2019 and it is submitted that because of COVID - 2019 and lockdown further steps could not be taken. Due to COVID-2019 the lockdown was imposed on 24-03-2019, three months after the last date of hearing. Now, it is said that the fresh hearing will have to take place. It is high time to decide the matter. The authority has sought six months time to Gajanan

We direct the authority to take decision upon the application filed by the petitioner dated 05-12-2018, expeditiously and preferably within four months after hearing the parties. 4.
