Notice through Court had been issued to the petitioner, which has been returned unserved for "not found on given address". The matter had been thereafter on board for couple of occasions. 2.

It appears that the petitioners are no longer interested in prosecuting the writ petition further. As such, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
