Heard learned counsel for applicants and learned counsel for respondent No.3. Learned counsel for applicants submits that in connected group of matters this Court has allowed the applicants therein to withdraw the deposited amount. Applicants are in need of money. They are farmers. They have no other source of income. They are facing

financial crisis. Hence, requuested to allow the application. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 3 submitted that this Court may pass appropriate order.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for all the concerned parties and the reasons mentioned in the applications as well as in connected group matters, this Court has permitted the applicants therein to withdraw the 75 % amount out of deposited amount. Hence I pass the following order :

ORDER

1.

Application is allowed.

2.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75 % amount out of deposited amount on furnishing undertaking. (S. G. DIGE) JUDGE .....
