It appears that, the applicant i.e. original complainant has filed an application with the Superintendent of Police, Nanded on 15/2/2015. The said representation is not decided by the Superintendent of Police, Nanded. In that view of the matter, we direct the Superintendent of Police, Nanded to consider this petition as a representation and take the decision as

Criminal W.P. No.613/2015 expeditiously as possible, however, within four weeks from receiving the copy of the order passed by this Court. Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of. Learned A.P.P. assures this Court that the copy of this order and the copy of petition will be sent to the Superintendent of Police, Nanded through the office of Public Prosecutor, High Court, Bench at Aurangabad by Speed Post or any other fastest mode.
