Upon hearing, finding that this Court is not inclined to interfere in the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge and as it is observed that the condition can be relaxed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the present applicants be allowed to withdraw the application and liberty to file similar application before the learned Additional Sessions Judge may be granted.

He further submits that applicant no.2 - Santosh Chacko would be required to attend an official conference at Kerala on 03/05/2016.

In the circumstances, he submits that considering the position of the present applicants, the learned Additional Sessions Judge may be directed to expeditiously hear the said application.

Allowed to withdraw with the liberty as prayed for.
