Heard Mr. Salunke, learned advocate for the petitioners and learned AGP for the respondents. Learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioner has remedy of appeal.

In view of that, we are not inclined to entertain the petition. 3.

Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal. No costs. All contentions are kept open. 4.

If the petitioner prefers an appeal and an application for release of vehicle, the authority shall take decision upon the application for release of vehicle expeditiously preferably within 15 days from the date of filing.
